Seeking New Board Member

Are you passionate about helping children find loving families? Do you have experience in fundraising and want to use your skills to make a meaningful impact? 

HOAA is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our Board of Directors as a volunteer member with a focus on fundraising and development.

As a board member, you will play a key role in advancing our mission by guiding strategic fundraising efforts, supporting donor engagement, and helping grow the resources we need to serve children and families through adoption.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong background in fundraising, development, or donor relations

• A commitment to HOAA’s mission and values

• Willingness to actively participate in board meetings and fundraising events

• Connections or experience in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector (a plus, but not required)

This is a volunteer position with a powerful purpose—creating brighter futures for children in need of permanent, loving homes.
